The SSI web site is operated by Sports Science Insights, LLC (“SSI”).  The purpose of this web site is to house information about exercise science and sports nutrition that is of use to sports health professionals.  Your access and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and all applicable laws.  By accessing and using this site, you accept the following terms and conditions, without limitation or qualification.  SSI may, at any time and without notice, revise these Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policy by updating this posting.

Personal information (e.g., name, address, email address, professional status, etc.) will be requested for event registration and email notifications and will be used only for those purposes.  By submitting such information, you agree to SSI’s use of such information in regards to event registration, fulfillment of your information requests or for such other business purposes as you may initiate or request.  We may keep your information on file.  SSI will not intentionally sell, provide, disclose or transfer your personal information to third parties unless (i) such disclosure is required by the laws, rules or regulations of any nation, state or other applicable jurisdiction; (ii) in response to inquiries by bona-fide rights of owners in connection with allegations of infringement of copyright or other proprietary rights arising from information that you provided to SSI; or (iii) you consent to such disclosure.  Credit card information is used solely for the purpose of event registration and is secure and protected and we do not save this information.
