Linda D’Ambrosio, BS, ETT (ACSM)

Linda D’Ambrosio, BS, ETT (ACSM), is a communications consultant with over 20-years’ experience in corporate communications, exercise science, cardiac rehab, and sports nutrition. From 1988-2008, Linda was the manager of science communications at the Gatorade Sports Science Institute (GSSI). Her primary focus was transferring sports science and nutrition research to sports health practitioners through targeted educational programming. One of Linda’s many achievements was the creation of the GSSI web site, first established in 1998, and eventually expanded into five international sites.

Linda received her undergraduate degree in exercise science and cardiac rehab from DePaul University. She previously worked for the Medical Center of Lake County and for a private- practice cardiologist in cardiac rehab.

After leaving GSSI in July 2008, Linda began working with Dr. Bob Murray, founder and principal of Sports Science Insights, LLC, a consulting company specializing in research, education, and training services for companies and organizations requiring targeted expertise in exercise science and sports nutrition.
